Buff Skincare Branding
Buff is a premium lifestyle, fitness, and skincare brand born from the need for a distinctive offering in its category. Dedicated to crafting refined, masculine skincare and wellness products, Buff ensures each item blends effortlessly into a gym bag, an elegantly designed bathroom, or the glove compartment of a Porsche. Studio Fight or Flight was instrumental in shaping the brand’s identity, overseeing the naming, branding, and art direction to reflect Buff’s elevated standards.
We designed a sleek and sophisticated wordmark that embodies simplicity, elegance, and style, while also infusing subtle character. Smooth, flowing curves were thoughtfully incorporated into the letter counters to subtly mimic the shape of a muscle or bulging bicep, adding a refined touch of strength to the overall design.
Once we perfected the ultra-clean packaging and branding concept, our goal was to create something that could effortlessly fit into a gym bag without drawing attention. To achieve this, we collaborated closely with Positronic Studio to craft a custom, monochromatic, art-directed environment, seamlessly integrating the products for the website and marketing materials.
